ROBERT
C. GRAHAM, ESQ.: Rob Graham is the Managing
Member of the law firm. As one of the leading
Nevada probate and estate planning attorneys,
he has been designated with the second highest
ranking given by Martindale-Hubble for legal
ability and ethical standing (BV Rating) and
is currently under review for the highest ranking
given by this independent organization (AV Rating).
Rob Graham has been in practice for over 17 years.
His focus is primarily in Probate, Bankruptcy
and Estate Planning, though he also represents
many business organizations, such as Walgreens,
Direct Equity Mortgage, and First Source Bank.
He is a graduate of Brigham Young University
and while attending law school was the Chairman
of the Co-Curricular Trial Advocacy Board. His
legal and political commentary has been published
in the Nevada Law Review, Clark County Bar Association
Communique and has been quoted and interviewed
by national and local news organizations including,
MSNBC, the National Review, and Politico. His
prior work experience includes IBM (research
and development) and Novell (program development).
He is married to Attorney Linda M. Graham, and
together they have three children.
