Cory Payne is the firm's Estate Planning Paralegal and has extensive training expressly focusing on Trust Devices, Wills, Deeds, and Powers of Attorney. Cory is currently finishing his undergraduate studies and upon graduation plans on attending law school to continue his practice with the same emphasis.
Cory is married to Heather Payne, so is also a Paralegal with the firm. They are expecting a new child in July 2007. Cory resides in the Las Vegas area.
