Heather Payne has been with the firm since 1998 in one capacity or another. Her first responsibilities were as a receptionist and legal secretary, but over the years has acquired a multitude of skills in all the legal sections of the firm. Presently, Heather's focus is on Customer Relations, as the firm places customer satisfaction at its highest level of priority. Because she has extensive experience with the firm and the areas of law, she is especially helpful in addressing client needs and answering questions regarding ongoing matters.
Heather is also responsible for all of the marketing activities of the firm and works with the firm's advertising/PR agency to help promote the firm and its activities in the public eye.
Heather is married to Cory Payne, who is a paralegal with the firm. Heather is expecting her first child in July of 2007. Heather resides in the Las Vegas Area and is a graduate of Cimarron High School. She attended college at Utah Valley State University.
